These Terms and Conditions govern the use of virtual assistant services provided by Sprucey VA. By engaging my services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided
I offer virtual assistant services which may include, but are not limited to:
-Email & diary management
-Social media support
-Bookkeeping support
-Decluttering/organising
2. Communication
I will communicate with you via email, phone, or messaging platforms as agreed. My working hours are adaptable, allowing me to balance family life and my personal lifestyle. My time zone is Greenwich Mean Time (UK).
3. Payments and Invoicing
-Payment terms will be outlined and agreed upon before work begins.
-Invoices are issued weekly, with payment due within 7 days.
-Delayed payments could lead to additional charges, service interruptions or termination.
4. Confidentiality
All information shared with me will be kept strictly confidential. I will not disclose any personal or business information to third parties unless legally required or with your explicit consent.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
-You may cancel services at any time with written notice.
-Any unused, prepaid time may be refunded.
-No refunds will be given for completed work.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide clear instructions, timely communication, and access to any tools or information needed to complete tasks.
7. Limitation of Liability
While I take care to provide accurate and high-quality services, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes. I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of my services.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the working relationship at any time with written notice. Any outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.
9. Changes to These Terms
I reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this page with a new effective date.
