Effective Date: 23rd March 2026These Terms and Conditions govern the use of virtual assistant services provided by Sprucey VA. By engaging my services, you agree to the following terms:1. Services Provided
I offer virtual assistant services which may include, but are not limited to:
-Email and diary management
-Social media support
-Bookkeeping support
-Decluttering and organising 2. Communication
I will communicate with you via email, phone, or messaging platforms as agreed. My working hours are flexible and adaptable, allowing me to maintain a healthy balance between work and home life. My time zone is Greenwich Mean Time (UK). All work is subject to availability and will be scheduled accordingly. 3.Payments and Invoicing -Payment terms will be outlined and agreed upon before work begins. -Any work outside of the agreed scope or allocated hours will be discussed and billed at the standard hourly rate.
-Invoices are issued monthly, with payment due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
-Late payments may result in additional charges, suspension of services, or termination of the agreement. I reserve the right to pause all work until outstanding invoices are settled.4. Confidentiality
All information shared with me will be kept strictly confidential. I will not disclose any personal or business information to third parties unless legally required or with your explicit consent. This obligation continues after our working relationship ends. 5.Intellectual Property -All work created remains the property of the client once full payment has been received. Until payment is made in full, all work remains the property of Sprucey VA. 6. Cancellation and Refunds
-Services may be cancelled by either party with 14 days’ written notice.
-Unused hours do not roll over, however, a limited rollover may be considered if agreed in advance.
-No refunds are provided for completed or partially completed work. 7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide clear instructions, timely communication, and access to any tools or information needed to complete tasks. 8. Limitation of Liability
While I take every care to provide accurate and high-quality services, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes. I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damages arising from the use of my services. 9. Changes to These Terms
I reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this page with a new effective date.10. Contact Information
